Job summary

Matrix Service Inc. is seeking a Field Site Project Coordinator to support field project management activities across multi-discipline projects.

Under PM supervision, you will assist in reviewing quotes, estimating change orders, supporting active construction, and ensuring project success on site. The role requires a four-year engineering or construction-management degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management; or equivalent education with 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of construction, design, finance and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; willingness to travel to site for field execution.

Responsibilities

• Support field project management activities for multi-discipline projects.
• Review requests for quotations and estimate change orders.
• Support active construction projects and field supervision under PM direction.
• Manage client liaison to facilitate construction activities and ensure project success.
