Job summary

Pogue Construction Company is seeking a skilled coordinator to support project supervision and coordination. You will work under the Superintendent, applying knowledge of plans and specs, assisting with startup, mobilization, RFIs, drawing postings, scheduling, and subcontractor management.

The role emphasizes site safety, quality control, and timely documentation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multi-trade projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years spent working in the construction field with knowledge of multiple trades.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Experience drafting RFIs and posting drawings.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Superintendent over your project.
• Knowledge of plans and specs.
• Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities such as startup, mobilization, scheduling, and organizing subcontractors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure quality control.
• Assist in daily reports and O.A.C. meetings.
• Other tasks as assigned.
