Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support project teams on utility infrastructure projects. This role supports the Project Manager, develops schedules, and maintains project records while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

The position emphasizes communication, document control, and on-site organization, with opportunities for growth in a safety‑minded environment. On-site field duties and cross‑functional support are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years or less of project management experience acceptable; strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read construction plans and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Work with Project Manager to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
