Job summary

Pogue Construction Company is seeking a skilled construction professional to join our Texas-based team. The role involves direct reporting to the on-site Superintendent, applying knowledge of plans and specs, and supporting project responsibilities from mobilization through completion.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of construction experience, strong customer service, and a drive to learn and grow while maintaining a safe, organized job site and high quality controls.

Qualifications

• 3 years spent working in the construction field with knowledge of multiple trades.
• Knowledge of plans and specs is required.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Superintendent over your project.
• Knowledge of plans and specs.
• Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities: project start up and mobilization, drafting RFIs, posting of drawings, as-built, scheduling, organizing & directing subcontractors, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, quality control, organizing files, plans & shop drawings.
• Oversee punch list completion.
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite.
• Assist Superintendent with daily reports.
• Assist in O.A.C. Meetings.
• Other tasks as assigned
