CNH Industrial is seeking a Product Specialist for Livestock Equipment to drive regional product value and deliver an exceptional dealer and customer experience. This field-based role focuses on Livestock portfolio including tractors, windrowers, balers, mowers and tools, with up to 75% travel within the Western U.S.

You will train dealers, support sales opportunities, demonstrate equipment, and relay dealer and customer feedback to product teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required; may substitute with an Associate's Degree plus 3 years of agricultural product experience or HS diploma with 5 years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in agricultural equipment sales support, product support, field marketing, dealer development, training, or related commercial functions.
• Knowledge of production agriculture, cash crop equipment applications, dealer operations, and customer buying processes.
• Experience supporting high horsepower tractors, planting, seeding, tillage, harvesting, application equipment, or related machinery.
• Strong understanding of precision technology solutions and their integration with production agriculture equipment.

Mansioni

• Serve as regional product expert for Livestock equipment, supporting New Holland and Case IH objectives.
• Plan, manage and execute customer and dealer engagement activities, including field demos and training events.
• Deliver value-based product training and competitive positioning for dealers and customers.
• Partner with dealers and field teams to identify and develop retail sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and field events to showcase performance and ROI.
• Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product teams to influence future products and strategies.
• Analyze regional market trends and dealer capability to support planning and execution.
• Assist in developing marketing, sales and training materials communicating features and benefits.
• Support regional marketing plans to increase engagement, sales and market share.
• Manage field inventory and demo assets within the territory.
• Champion positive customer experience with timely technical support and guidance.
• Support trade shows and customer events to strengthen product awareness and CNH presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across territory.
