Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a CASE Product Application & Training Specialist to support field teams, dealers and customers with machine functionality and application expertise across Louisiana and Texas.

This role drives sales growth by delivering training, creating materials, and acting as a trusted technical advisor in the field; heavy travel (up to 70%) is required, emphasizing hands-on product knowledge and customer success in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales.
• Travel up to 70%.

• Collaborative cross-functional work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary product and application support resource for the CASE field team, dealers, and customers
• Provide detailed guidance on machine functionality, specifications, and application configurations
• Create and develop training materials for internal field teams and dealer networks
• Deliver dealer and sales training to enhance product and application knowledge
• Support and drive sales growth with both current and future customers
• Partner with CASE Territory Leaders and dealers to implement and execute sales strategies
• Capture and articulate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
• Act as a trusted technical and application advisor within assigned territories
