Job summary

ODRA seeks a Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training across North America. This field-based role delivers hands-on equipment training, builds training materials, and supports product launches while serving as a trusted technical resource for customers, dealers, operators, and service technicians.

Travel up to 60-70% across the United States and Canada; Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX area preferred. If you enjoy teaching and driving customer success, this could be your role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment training or related role.
• Direct experience with road sweepers preferred.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on equipment training for customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, videos, guides, and job aids.
• Support new product launches and serve as a technical resource.
• Travel to customer locations across the United States and Canada for training.
