Job summary

Paycom's Sharonville, OH facility is seeking a Procurement/Inventory Analyst to manage stock levels, place supplier orders, verify delivery dates, and maintain accurate records. The role requires Excel and Word proficiency, familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, supplier interactions, and the ability to forecast usage in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Experience buying perishable and/or nonperishable items preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate stock levels and place orders with suppliers using planner tools.
• Verify delivery dates, quantities, UOM and pricing.
• Follow up with suppliers on unacknowledged POs and resolve issues.
• Process requests for products not currently carried and place spot buys.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to identify improved products and pricing.
