Job summary

Search Solution Group is seeking a procurement professional to manage bidding processes for large-scale projects. You will prepare bidders’ lists, issue bid requests, coordinate questions, and receive bids while working closely with Engineering and Bechtel to ensure requirements are clearly defined and purchase orders are accurately revised as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in procurement/purchasing processes, bid management, and supplier coordination is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bidders’ lists and qualifies bidders.
• Communicates with Engineering to assist and guide material requisition preparation for procurement of materials and equipment.
• Forms bid packages and issues bid requests, coordinates bidders’ questions, and receives bids.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations to award.
• Communicates with suppliers and Bechtel personnel to define requirements and ensure PO term compliance.
• Identifies, defines, and secures agreement on PO changes.
• Initiates and processes PO revisions affecting scope, cost, and schedule.
