Behr Paint Company is seeking an Outside Pro Sales Representative in the United States. You will own a portfolio of professional customers across residential repaint, commercial painting, and multi-family housing, growing your territory and career.

You will execute strategic market plans, track progress in Salesforce, and collaborate with Pro Paint Specialists to ensure timely product delivery. Travel, evenings, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• A self-starter who works independently and thrives in a team environment.
• A track record of successful selling abilities.
• Experience in home creation/improvement industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• CRM tools like Salesforce. Training provided; digital fluency is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree welcomed.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus with a diverse contractor base.
• Excellent customer service and follow‑through to build long‑term relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
