E Arc is seeking a Field Service Technician in Wilmington, NC, to support managed print services at clients' facilities. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining printers and copiers, as well as assembling and installing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in related technical roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and an employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in managed print services and facilities.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install large and small format machines.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
• Record service calls and report inventory levels.
