Job summary

Reach Technologies in Birmingham, AL is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician who will diagnose repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support as the primary contact for a territory of printer devices.

You will work from our Alabama location, maintain inventory, and deliver reliable service with strong time management and customer communication. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years related experience; certified training preferred.
• Desire and ability to work independently and reliably.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer relation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; self-motivator.
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Manage an assigned territory of printer devices or MFPs.
• Maintain an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Contribute as a team player; work independently as needed.
