Job summary

ECNS GLOBAL CONSULTANTS, PLLC is seeking a Commissioning Engineer I–III to execute and support commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover of electrical power systems and related infrastructure across multiple sites in the US.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited B.S./M.S. in electrical engineering, possibly FE, with 1–7+ years of experience. Willingness to travel up to 100% and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• FE certification preferred; PE license preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years experience for Engineer I; 3+ years for Engineer II; 7+ years for Engineer III.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover of electrical power systems and equipment.
• Develop procedures and documentation for MV/LV systems, generators, UPS, switchgear, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure safe, reliable operation and coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Lead field testing, oversee commissioning execution, and prepare reports and records.
