ECNS GLOBAL CONSULTANTS, PLLC in the United States is seeking a Commissioning Engineer I–III to join Field Services. You will execute commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover for electrical power systems on diverse projects, with on‑site work and up to 100% travel.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering (ABET‑accredited). Commissioning Engineer I typically 1–3 years; II 3+ years (FE preferred); III 7+ years (PE preferred).

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S./M.S. in electrical engineering.
• Experience ranges by level: I 1–3 years, II 3+ years (FE preferred), III 7+ years (PE preferred).
• Experience with commissioning, testing, startup, and power systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities for electrical power systems and equipment.
• Develop and perform commissioning procedures, test plans, and documentation for MV/LV systems, generators, UPS, switchgear.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with clients, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Lead field testing activities and ensure safety and quality standards.
