Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Specialist, POS to demonstrate, install, and support POS systems and related services while building lasting customer relationships.

You will train customers on POS software and peripheral products, and work with regional teams to achieve revenue goals. You will coordinate go-live activities, manage service requests, and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ sales and/or technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates, installs, and supports POS systems and related services.
• Provides on-site demonstrations and training to customers and builds relationships.
• Works with sales teams to expand accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handles paperwork, payments, taxes, and contract terms within guidelines.
• Troubleshoots basic to moderately complex issues and documents resolutions.
• Maintains inventory, conducts routine maintenance, and supports go-live activities.
