Job summary

Arrow International invites qualified individuals to join our team as a POS trainer and sales support specialist. You will demonstrate, install, train, and support POS systems and related services, while building profitable relationships with customers and regional teams.

Travel up to 40% of the time and occasional evening/weekend work are required. A technical background with strong communication and presentation skills will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ progressively responsible sales and/or technical support experience and/or customer service experience combined with demonstrated technical aptitude and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales demonstrations, on-site demos and sales presentations at customer sites.
• Builds strong customer relationships and expands sales; recommends products based on customer business models.
• Installs, builds, programs, tests units and trains customers on how to use the system.
• Opens service requests, troubleshoots basic to moderately complex issues, documents resolution.
• Performs setup, testing and QA for POS equipment prior to installation and ensures paperwork and payments are completed.
• Provides customer/market feedback and escalates issues to management.
• Owns the customer journey from order to Go-Live and manages timelines and communication.
