Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Specialist, POS to demonstrate, install, and support POS systems while training customers on usage and reports. You’ll develop long-term relationships and help achieve revenue and profitability goals. A strong blend of sales and technical skills is essential for this role.

The position requires on-site work, travel up to 40%, and engagement in ongoing product knowledge updates to support diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales and/or technical support experience required.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and abilities.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site POS demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Builds customer relationships and expands sales with management oversight.
• Installs, programs, tests POS units and trains customers.
• Manages service requests and documents issues for resolution.
• Travels up to 40% and participates in on-call rotations.
