Job summary

IES Residential Inc. is seeking a Field Plumbing Supervisor in Charlotte, NC, to support operational excellence and quality delivery on active projects. The role requires 4–6 years of experience and the ability to manage field tasks, safety, and documentation on-site.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors, with strong communication and problem-solving required for timely project execution. On-site work only with travel as needed.
