Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of residential new construction plumbing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or crew leadership role.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Support Division Manager in launching plumbing operations.
• Hire and train plumbing crews for residential installations.
• Monitor labor and material performance metrics.

Skills

Residential New Construction plumbing experience

Leadership experience managing plumbing crews

Knowledge of PEX and PVC systems

Ability to thrive in a startup environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
