Job summary

IES Residential seeks an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee residential plumbing across multiple new construction sites in the Charlotte, NC area. You will manage field crews, ensure quality installations, maintain schedules, and enforce safety and code compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong residential plumbing experience, team leadership skills, and knowledge of NC plumbing codes and inspection requirements. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4–6 years in residential plumbing.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Familiarity with NC plumbing codes and inspection processes.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential plumbing operations across Charlotte-area sites.
• Lead and coordinate plumbing crews; monitor attendance and progress.
• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and specs for accurate layouts.
• Ensure compliance with NC codes, safety standards, and project specs.
• Coordinate with PMs, builders, inspectors, and subs.
• Provide technical guidance and field support to crews.
