IES is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to support plumbing operations, ensure quality workmanship, and drive customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to meet installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, recording documentation, maintaining safety standards, and aiding leadership in daily activities.

• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
