This leadership role is responsible for managing field crews, ensuring quality plumbing installations, maintaining project schedules, and enforcing safety and code compliance standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential plumbing construction, experience leading teams, and a solid understanding of North Carolina plumbing codes and inspection requirements. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneously.

Minimum years of experience: 4-6 years.
This position operates primarily on active residential construction sites throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas and requires frequent travel between job sites. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Work may include navigating uneven terrain, working in crawlspaces, attics, elevated areas, and other confined spaces.
