Job summary

Mettler-Toledo, Inc. is seeking an On-site Pipette Service Technician to travel regionally for inspection, repair, and calibration of Rainin and other pipettes. You will work at customer sites, maintain records, and promote service offerings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. The role emphasizes independent work, organization, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in manufacturing, instrumentation, or related technical work.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to read simple instructions and perform basic math.
• Strong english communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a defined region to inspect, repair, calibrate pipettes.
• Establish weekly service visits with Area Service Leader.
• Complete service and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and service equipment.
• Represent Rainin professionally at customer sites.
• Provide customer leads and assist with Service Center duties when available.
