Rainin is seeking a field service technician to provide on-site pipette service across a defined geographic region. You will travel to customer sites to inspect, repair, calibrate, and reassemble Rainin pipettes, and support depot centers when not in the field.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, documenting service reports, maintaining tools and inventory, and promoting Rainin’s On-Site Service to customers.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong mechanical and electronic aptitude.
