Job summary

Quantus, Inc. is seeking a Pipette Calibration Technician to perform NIST-traceable calibration, maintenance, and repair of pipettes and related devices at customer facilities across the region.

The role requires attention to documentation, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in Life Sciences equipment calibration, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a field setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
• Must demonstrate initiative and organizational skills.
• Strict adherence to Safety Sensitive standards is required.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite NIST Traceable calibration, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of pipettes and volumetric devices at customer sites.
• Support calibration of general lab equipment (balances, freezers, incubators, refrigerators, stability chambers).
• Ensure accurate data reporting following GDP and GMP standards.
• Follow SOPs and customer procedures on every site visit.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused presence and leverage expertise to support calibration programs.
• Communicate findings and equipment concerns to customers.
