Job summary

Quantus, Inc. is seeking a Field Calibration Technician to perform NIST Traceable calibration services at customer facilities across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will work independently in the field, uphold documentation standards, and travel to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sites.

The role requires strong communication,, safety compliance, and problem-solving skills, with the opportunity for professional growth within a performance-oriented calibration organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, planning and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass drug and background checks.
• Ability to work independently in the field with time management and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform NIST Traceable calibration services for general laboratory and process equipment.
• Perform NIST Traceable calibration services for analytical equipment.
• Uphold Good Documentation Practices on all calibration records and reports.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements on every site visit.
• Communicate professionally with customer contacts and document questions or findings.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation in the field and escalate when needed.
• Manage daily field schedule and travel between sites.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and additional customer needs.
