CPIhealth is seeking a Physician Relations Manager to support the Colorado region, covering Denver and Colorado Springs. This field-based role requires traveling within the region to build strategic partnerships, drive referral growth, and expand CPIhealth's footprint.

Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in territory sales are preferred. Responsibilities include outreach planning, relationship cultivation, and collaboration with marketing and operations to meet patient targets and enhance partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in territory sales (field sales) or a similar role.
• Proficient in CRM software and comfortable with data entry and other sales-related technology.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage healthcare providers and referral sources, driving growth.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with referring providers and their staff, ensuring ongoing engagement and high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to achieve and exceed new patient targets.
• Align outreach strategies with organizational goals and track growth initiatives.
• Convert new patient referrals into billable appointments.
• Represent CPIhealth at professional events, tradeshows, conferences, and health fairs to raise awareness and drive opportunities.
