CCRM is seeking a Referring Physician Liaison to serve as the frontline connector between our fertility services and OB/GYN networks in Delaware and Philadelphia. You will build relationships with referring providers, generate new patient referrals, and represent the brand across practices, hospitals, and employer partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of physician outreach or healthcare field sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with CRM proficiency.
• Willingness to travel across NJ and PA markets.

Responsibilities

• Referral development and market growth with OB/GYNs, oncologists, urologists, and women’s health specialists.
• Promote awareness of CCRM services through meetings, events, and in-office engagements.
• Coordinate with practice admins to align scheduling, capacity, and services.
• Maintain records of interactions and leads in Salesforce; report progress to leadership.
• Plan provider-focused events and engage employers to drive referrals.
