Job summary

CPIhealth is a fast-growing network of Interventional Pain Management practices in Colorado seeking a Physician Relations Manager to drive growth in Denver and Colorado Springs. This field-based role travels regionally to build strategic partnerships and expand CPIhealth's presence.

You will identify opportunities, strengthen provider relationships, and collaborate with marketing and operations to achieve new patient targets while representing CPIhealth at events and through CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in territory or field sales.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with strong customer service focus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and data entry.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage providers and referral sources.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with referring providers and their staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to hit new patient targets and align outreach with goals.
• Convert referrals into billable appointments and grow revenue from high‑revenue procedures.
• Represent CPIhealth at events to raise awareness and drive new business.
• Document field activities in CRM and provide progress reports to management.
• Support budgeting, planning, and special projects as needed.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
