Job summary

Spring Fertility in New York is seeking a physician liaison and community manager to develop relationships between Spring physicians, referring physicians, medical practice groups, and community partners to boost referral volume. You are a proactive, metrics-driven communicator with event management skills who can translate relationship-building into measurable growth.

This full-time role requires travel within the region; a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in healthcare or sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years healthcare or sales experience.
• Experience working with physicians preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Physician outreach and relationship development.
• Positioning Spring as a leader in fertility care.
• Introducing new Spring physicians to the market.
• Make regular contact with referring physicians, office managers, and staff to drive referral volume.
• Develop and foster new relationships with prospective accounts.
• Report weekly on referral volume by channel and effectiveness of outreach.
• Coordinate patient- and prospective patient-facing events to drive brand awareness.
• Maintain outreach schedule for Spring Fertility physicians in the community.
• Work with Marketing to develop collateral to support outreach.
