Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, business or related field is required.
• 7+ years professional or administrative experience in healthcare is required.
• Medical or pharmaceutical/device sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in an Academic Medical Center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and supports Penn Medicine relationships with referring providers.
• Identifies new business opportunities and enhances lines of communication between referring physicians and Penn Medicine specialists.
• Regularly engages providers to increase engagement and build relationships; uses materials to educate about programs and services.
• Analyses data to inform strategy and create effective outreach plans and territory management.
• Leads discussions in training and sales planning meetings and mentors other liaisons.
