Job summary

Camin Cargo Control seeks a Petroleum Inspector to perform sampling, pipeline transfers and barge inspections under supervision. The role requires a high school diploma, training, and IFIA certification; TWIC and a valid driver's license are also required.

You will work with terminals and vessels, maintaining professional client relationships. Physical demands include outdoor work in PPE, varying shifts, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Inspector level training and related theory tests must be completed.
• IFIA certification is required after gaining experience.
• Must maintain TWIC and valid driver’s license.
• Reliability, independence and professional communication with clients are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, pipeline transfers, inventories and barge inspections.
• Certify field assignments conform to company policies and procedures.
• Act as company field representative in a professional manner.
• Obtain, label and transport samples to the lab promptly.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration and storage.
• Support in training Probationary and Junior Inspectors.
