Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with good math skills.
• Minimum three months of inspection experience.
• Must complete Inspector level training and pass tests and field evaluations.
• Must have or obtain IFIA certification after at least six months of industry experience.
• Must maintain a valid TWIC and a current driver's license, vehicle, insurance and registration.
• Must be dependable and able to communicate professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

• As instructed by Operations, perform sampling, transfers, inventories and barge inspections.
• Act as company representative and maintain professional relationships with terminals and vessel personnel.
• Label, transport samples to the laboratory and complete field documentation promptly.
• Maintain inspection equipment, calibration and proper storage.
