Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, acting as the local face of the national brand.

You’ll assess customer needs, propose solutions, and collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role emphasizes sales with a customer-focused approach, field visits across assigned territories, and responsibilities that drive growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills—sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to address pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams and document details in Sales CRM for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge during service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
