Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers and act as the face of our national brand in the local community, protecting homes and families. You will assess customer needs and propose effective, tailored solutions.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $65,000+ and top earners at $100,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Identify revenue streams with Branch Manager and develop proposals for customers.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and provided data.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
