Job summary

RNA Rentokil North America seeks an energetic Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services to new and existing customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and delivering tailored pest control solutions with a strong sales focus.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with Year 1 on-target earnings of $60,000+ and top earners over $100,000+. Travel up to 100% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the CRM.
