Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of our national brand in your community. You will assess customer needs, explain solutions, and use our CRM tools to document proposals and follow up.

This role offers benefits starting Day 1 for full-time colleagues, a base pay range of $21.00-$25.00 per hour, and opportunities for overtime, incentives, and career growth within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clarity of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
