Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and closing sales with expert knowledge of our products and services.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of pest control or sales experience. Travel up to 100% within the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence and access to a vehicle (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations for satisfactory completion.
• Log daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
