Western Exterminator Company in Los Angeles is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering exceptional service. You will assess customer needs, consult on products, and protect homes and families by offering effective solutions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience, with up to 100% travel within territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence required (Company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company Sales CRM.
