Job summary

Western Exterminator Company in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in the local community, assessing customer needs and proposing effective pest control solutions to protect homes and families.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, collaborating with service and sales teams, developing proposals, and following up on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and document challenges for the customer.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
