Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a Dynamic PC Support technician in Great Falls, MT. You will repair and troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact directly with clients to resolve issues, and perform related service tasks across various client environments.

The role requires the ability to travel to client locations, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a basic repair toolkit. Prior customer service experience is a plus and OEM certifications must be kept current.

Qualifications

• Requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintains OEM Certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware is expected.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLAs.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for each client.
• Control assets/inventory with prompt turnaround of parts as required by client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies in daily work.
• Other duties may be assigned.
