Job summary

Monroe Tractor & Implement Co. is seeking a Product Support Representative (PSR) to drive outside parts sales across a designated territory in the heavy equipment sector.

You will build lasting customer relationships while offering parts and service support to make Monroe Tractor the one-stop shop for equipment needs. Responsibilities include visiting customers on-site, creating consultative partnerships with owners and service teams, and delivering accurate quotes while leveraging CRM to track

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to speak technician/operator language.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and manage your schedule.
• CRM proficiency and basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by visiting customers on-site.
• Develop consultative relationships with equipment owners, fleet managers, and service teams.
• Identify and recommend parts and service solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, resolve product/customer concerns, and schedule deliveries.
• Track sales activity and customer interactions in CRM software.
