Job summary

Monroe Tractor in the Northeast is seeking a Product Support Representative for Outside Sales. You will establish long-lasting customer relationships while offering parts and service support to make Monroe Tractor the one-stop shop for equipment needs.

The role requires proven outside sales experience, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently across a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to speak technician language.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• CRM proficiency and basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by visiting customers on-site.
• Develop consultative relationships with equipment owners, fleet managers, and service teams.
• Identify and recommend parts and service solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, process orders, resolve product/customer concerns, and schedule timely deliveries.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
