Empower Mental Health is seeking a driven Partnership Executive to expand our presence in the personal injury market. This field sales role emphasizes opening new doors, building referral partnerships, and growing a book of business from the ground up.

The position focuses on new business development, relationship management, and CRM accountability, with extensive field activity and face-to-face partner engagement to drive long-term growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 5 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to build a territory and generate new business.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Aufgaben

• Develop an assigned territory through consistent prospecting, field activity, and relationship building.
• Identify and secure new referral partnerships within the personal injury market.
• Build relationships with attorneys, paralegals, chiropractic clinics, physical therapy practices, orthopedic groups, pain management physicians, imaging centers, urgent care providers, and case managers.
• Generate new business through disciplined outreach, networking, events, lunch-and-learns, education, and follow-up.
• Build a sustainable book of business that produces recurring referrals.
• Spend the majority of the workweek meeting prospective and existing partners face-to-face; conduct regular visits and networking events.
• Maintain regular contact with referral partners and continue developing relationships after referrals are made.
