Job summary

Reflectiz, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager in Boston to own regional programs, events and partner campaigns across North America.

You will collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing to drive pipeline, manage budgets, measure ROI, and travel as needed to industry conferences and customer meetings.

A hands-on, collaborative self-starter who thrives in a startup environment will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Demand Generation in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience managing industry events, partner programs, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation and marketing performance.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel across North America as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing programs, conferences, webinars, executive events, and partner activities across North America.
• Develop and manage joint marketing initiatives with channel partners, MSSPs, resellers, and technology alliances.
• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to drive pipeline generation, partner engagement, and demand creation.
• Manage events and campaigns end-to-end, including planning, budgets, vendors, content, and execution.
• Measure program performance, track ROI, and optimize activities based on business results.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Design to create compelling campaigns and marketing assets.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events to support Reflectiz's growth.
