Job summary

QXO is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive profitable growth by developing new business and nurturing long‑term customer relationships in an assigned territory. You will work with contractors, builders, developers, and other professionals to assess project needs, propose solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires field-based responsibilities, travel within the territory, and a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outside sales/territory sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP/business software.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and customer visits.
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on customer acquisition and account growth.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed sales, margin, and customer growth objectives.
• Coordinate handoffs with operations to ensure order fulfillment.
