Midwest Hose & Specialty is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to prospect and develop customers across oil & gas, mining, aggregates, construction, and related sectors. You will expand existing accounts, promote our hose and fluid transfer products, and work with inside sales and warehouse to fulfill orders promptly.

The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, service excellence, and meeting sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to identify needs and tailor solutions for heavy industrial markets.
• Experience in outside sales, ideally in oil & gas, mining, construction, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and manage new and existing accounts in oil & gas, mining, and construction.
• Promote Midwest Hose product line and provide on-site support to customers.
• Collaborate with inside sales and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track sales data and report performance to leadership.
