Midwest Hose & Specialty in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time sales/marketing professional to market, promote, and profitably sell MWH products and services to existing and potential customers, focusing on oil field clientele and local field office staff.

The role aims to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, meet sales goals, maintain excellent customer service, and develop new sales initiatives. Starting salary 50k-65k per year, with bonus opportunities based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
• Initiate and maintain business relationships with customers in the oil field and local field offices
• Meet sales goals by training, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Sell to prospective customers using pre-established leads or self-sourced leads
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Sell, service, and promote Midwest Hose product line to external customers
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Maintain issues that arise from staff or customers
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales
• Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs and evaluate relationship quality
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives
• Provide reports of sales data to superiors
• Maintain professionalism at work
• Perform other assigned duties
