Flow Components & Industrial Supply is seeking an motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the gasket and hose market. You will identify client needs, present solutions, and close opportunities across manufacturing, construction, and oil & gas sectors.

The role emphasizes on-site client visits, strong relationship building, and maintaining a robust CRM-driven pipeline. Travel is extensive within the assigned territory, with competitive base pay and an attractive commission

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of gaskets, hoses, or related industrial products is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate leads through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for gasket and hose needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver tailored sales presentations.
