Responsibilities

• Identify target customers, increase and maintain market share.
• Collect up-to-date information on customers' product use and trends.
• Sell building materials and installed sales services to contractors.
• Determine appropriate credit program based on customer needs.
• Meet and/or exceed sales and profit goals by following up on leads and monitoring market trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with take-offs and scheduling/delivery commitments.
• Keep lines of communication open between store team and customers.
